The insulation is surprisingly soft and light for how warm it kept me during a cold, wet morning commute. The loose fill doesn't bunch up awkwardly under a backpack, which was my main worry.

Took this out in a windy drizzle and the Primaloft lining kept me warm without any bulkiness. The fit is trim enough to layer under a rain shell when the weather really turns.

Worn it through two soaking-wet mornings now and the Primaloft Silver Rise insulation kept me warm without that clammy feeling. The cut is trim enough that the wind doesn't sneak through, but I've still got room for a light sweater underneath. Exactly what I needed for unpredictable spring weather.
